- Are items refundable?
- All items are made to order therefore they are non-refundable. Contact will be made throughout the process to verify the customers order before it is finalized.
- How long will it take for my order to ship?
- Your item will ship 24-48 hrs from the time the order is placed.
- If this timeline can not be met contact will be made to advise (i.e awaiting product for the order).
- What if my order is damaged?
- If your item arrives damaged or has a mechanical malfunction within the first 14 days of arrival please contact for assistance with a replacement.
- Can I shower with my product?
- It is recommeneded to remove any pieces that contain charms, bling, etc prior to showering.
- My waist beads are too big/little now can they be adjusted?
- Yes, make contact and we can discuss what adjustments need to be made, you will be responsible for any shipping fees.
